The company was great. Answered my e-mails right away. However, they did not fill the order. The product sprayer did not work and they did not have one to replace it. I would deal with the company again, in spite of not having the product for the Christmas gift I wanted to give to someone.

The scent is not overpowering, but demurely feminine and classy. Staying power is okay, probably a good 5-7 hours. Well suited for women 25 years and/or older. Amazon shipped it the following day after my order (used Free Super Saver Shipping). JPG’s Classique is a five-star perfume to me, but I gave it four stars because of the item condition when I got it. When I opened the box, I found the tin can open and the bottle is almost halfway out of the tin can. Seven other brands of perfume that I bought (contained in the same box) were in okay condition.

Believe it or not I like Classique EDP layered with a very small amount of Dolce & Gabbana pour Femme lotion! Yummy. I haven’t looked up the actual notes to this EDP, but to me it smells like victorian rose, amber, orchids, vanilla, and maybe carnations on a sandalwood base.?! It definiately has a warm, slightly sweet and very slightly powdery base. It is what I would call an intimately sexy scent.
It lies close to the skin and smells great on fabric. The lasting power is just incredible. Classique EDP lasts well over 11 hours on my skin. When I wear Classique I cannot stop smelling my wrists!
I think nearly every age group could pull Classique off. Tho, I’d imagine Classique on one helluva sexy granny!
You might like Classique if you like Guerlain Samsara, VW Boudoir, BS Fantasy, CK Euphoria, Dolce & Gabbana for Women, EL Beautiful, Versace Crystal Noir, or Creed’s Jasmine Imp. Eugenie, as these are some of the scents Classique reminds me of & I also enjoy.

When I was 16 my mom, who used to work for a perfumerie, took me to buy my first real perfume at Macy’s. I tried everything there and this one won me over with it’s warm, spicy, mysterious, enveloping scent. I’ve worn it every day since then. It long-lasting and unique. I love it!

There has yet to be another perfume that I tops this one. It has an exotic, warm scent, not too sweet, not too overpowering – just irresistible and inviting.
It’s an elegant, oriental, floral fragrance.
The top fragrance notes are anise, orange blossom and tangerine.
The middle notes are ginger, orchid and ylang-ylang.
The base of the fragrance is vanilla, musk and amber.
It’s in a class by itself.
